His practice focuses on researching the properties of paint and constitutes a reflection on the possibilities of the medium itself. Understanding the elements that make painting possible, recognising and surrendering to its limits. For the artist, painting is a gesture, an act performed on the impulse of a desire, the desire to see something, that something that is not yet there. Making visible that force that takes shape through matter, colour and line.
On this occasion, the exploration of the medium is expanded into the artist’s book format, where she unfolds her working process layer by layer. A personal method in which emptiness, colour, construction and continuous deconstruction establish a rhythm and a personal formality.
