Andrew Gangoiti (Lakes Entrance, Victoria, Australia, 1962), graduated in Fine Arts from RMIT University in Melboure. Post theory at 200 Gertrude Street Gallery (Melbourne, 1996), Retable for fountain at Span Gallery (Melbourne, 1998) and Torqueo at Torre de Ariz (Basauri, 2010) are some of his solo shows. He has taken part in projects such as Kangaroo Sculpture Award (Melbourne, 2001), Projecto Versus [Versus Project] at the Abisal Gallery (Bilbao, 2005) and Condenados a entendernos [Condemned to Understand Ourselves] as part of the Versus Project at the same gallery (2006). Winner of the National Gallery Trustees Art Prize RMIT Faculty of Art & Design (1994).
